Paying for it

Yesterday's endeavors were poorly received by my body. At first I thought it was simply overexertion and/or a pulled muscle, but some time with the hot tub, analyzing what hurt with jets bubbling on it, has pinned it down to the lumbar spine again.

Currently, I have a chiropractor appointment tomorrow morning and an appointment with the doctor who does the injections on Tuesday, and I rather expect to be scheduled for another injection next Thursday.

Until then, whiny Amanda.
