Happy Dance of Joy
Apr. 26th, 2011 05:22 pmI'm done with all the data cleaning for the convention I volunteered to help (curse you, Matt Arnold! *shakes fist*), and we're good to go for this weekend. I'm pleased to say that despite a huuuuuuge glitch that resulted in lots of lost data, I've managed to re-create nearly all of it and spare us from the wrath of a hundred angry people. We're down to about a half-dozen mildly annoyed people instead.
I also spent 2 hours moving things around in the basement in preparation for tomorrow's "get this crap off my to-do list!" event with Steve. Now the thing that's supposed to get moved to the basement actually has someplace to *go* in the basement. (Though I still have to clean the thing itself off.)
The morning involved running around to stores, also mostly for prep for tomorrow, but I took a few moments to get rid of some boxes that were destined for the Salvation Army, thus ridding myself of four boxes worth of stuff.
And because I deserved a rest, I took a nice long soak in my bathtub with a book.
