Sinus/Thyroid update

amanda_loddenOh yeah, my sister-in-law reminded me that I'm terrible about giving updates after whining about things.
All of the bloodwork for my thyroid came back negative, "perfect" in the words of the doctor. However, the ultrasound turned up two small cysts, so he's referring me to an Ear Nose & Throat doctor to look into it.
This still begs the question of why I've been so tired lately, but it's entirely possible that it's nothing more than poorly-managed stress.
