I cannot do this. Ego surfing for me is an exercise in frustration, because my name is so common. (PeekYou shows 2600 matches, and most of them have unique photos, so even accounting for duplication there's probably more than a thousand people with my name.) Though, I am somewhat startled to find that my Picasa web albums are the first ones to show up. I wonder how much of that is real, and how much of that is personalized searching.
On the other hand... if I pretend that ego surfing actually works for me, then I am one spectacularly busy chick. "I" have been jailed in Texas, write a blog (at http://amanda-robinson.com no less), have a PhD, and have died after a long and hopefully happy life. "I" play hockey and soccer, am a photographer and musician, and can help you reach your financial goals. "I" am either the most amazing woman in the world, or I have a hell of a con game running.
It's days like this that make me think maybe I should have taken John's name, because searches for Amanda Lodden are me and one other person.

I think I went to high school with one, and at least one other person mentioned knowing someone with that name combination. It's times like this that I think I should have embraced my middle initial (or whole middle name, for that matter). :)
