Don't get me wrong, your work was an invaluable piece of the process (or rather, a very-specifically-valued-and-paid-for part of the process), but what made me giddy was actually giving the billing servers ip addresses and moving the cables and telling everyone who uses the servers that they'd have to set up the VPN if they wanted to touch them ever again.
