Find an Ann to kick ass at the office. Get back to what you really like doing (which I assume is coding, since you talk about it most of all your responsibilities at the office). Make sure JRL and the programmers have enough water and pellets. I realize that's oversimplified, but as long as we make it through the year, it doesn't have to be pretty.
