It's when you move from thinking "I'm wearing sexy underwear..." to "I'm wearing sturdy underwear..." that you know you've become Old.

VERY old.

I can say this, because I passed that point about six years ago...so while you may feel old, take comfort in that you're still a lot younger than ME.
