Mine are pretty quick actually. I mailed one yesterday afternoon and they've already received it and are shipping my new one.
I have noticed that if I go to the Davison Rd. post office as opposed to the one downtown service is way slower. So sometimes post office matters.
With the exception of at Christmas (which I do not blame on Blockbuster) I have never had a movie take more than 3 days to get back.
