I like Blockbuster, but it's just me and I only get one movie at a time. I like that I can take my movie into the store and get another movie if I want. This is handy when you won't have a movie in time for the weekend. But I've also never had Netflix so it's possible I just don't know what I am missing. I do think you're right though. If Blockbuster got itself together on some of the features people really like about netflix I think they'd take over the mailer movie industry.
